Select Tools > Scripts > VectorScript Plug-in Editor.

Click New, and then select the type and enter the name of the custom plug-in to be created.

Select the plug-in, and then click the Script button. The VectorScript Editor opens, displaying the plug-in script source code.

To edit an existing custom plug-in, open the plug-ins editor, select the plug-in to be edited, and click the Script button (only unencrypted plug-in scripts can be edited).
